Snorre’s passion is to bring together extraordinary people and facilitate meaningful processes with high impact outcomes. Processes where we learn about each others and ourselves.

For the past couple of years Snorre has been working one to one as a leadership developer, sparring regularly with executives, founders and investors - guiding awareness towards a growth mindset and business processes towards win-win scenarios. This service is built upon 10 years of working closely with changemakers, while dedicating himself to the study of consciousness.

His changemaking journey began working as a graphic- and program designer for a German environmental activist organization in 2011. His fire was lit after he was granted the opportunity to work closely together with some of the most forward leaning environmental strategists in Europe.

In the same exchange program Snorre got the opportunity to experience indigenous culture on a deeper level, as a facilitator for several international exchange programs that gathered indigenous leaders and wisdom keepers from north to south. When he came back to the prosperous and privileged motherland of Norway he realized how much unreleased potential there was in bridging these perspectives with capitalism, so he dedicated his life into making commerce a force of good.

Since then, Snorre has been part of the Norwegian sustainability and impact oriented business space through building companies and contributing as an enthusiastic community builder for both academic, entrepreneurial and cultural spaces. This journey has opened him to unique experiences with nordic pioneers, from the fastest growing companies and bravest leadership talent to cutting edge sustainability programs.

After studying Science and Technology Studies at NTNU, co-founding two impact driven startups where he made a lot of mistakes, eager to make a difference - Snorre joined and spent 3,5 years with Æra Strategic Innovation, where he got the opportunity to be part of guiding strategy and innovation processes for leadership groups in small and large companies. He became the engagement manager for Æra and helped take the company from 5 to 25 million in yearly revenue as a lead for new business development.

The essence of this work was to mobilize change makers, and the basis of this success came from Floke, an innovation program designed for solving wicked problems. Here, Snorre learned a lot about strategic innovation and design process management - but most importantly got a unique understanding of the corporate change maker.

Snorre has been nominated to several awards such as community builder of the year, social impact startup of the year, environmental initiative of the year and Norwegian young super talents but he didn’t win any of them. This made him look closer at himself and ask the question «Why am I doing all of this?». Is it because I want to be recognized or is it something deeper? He started looking even deeper in the self and finally discovered his immaturity. So Snorre left Æra to work on himself.

This process led to a reconnection with nature, the (re)discovery of vulnerability and the power that lies within. Sharing these perspectives guided him towards new communities and leadership circles, where he is offered the opportunity to work closer with executive change makers as a trusted partner. Snorre is convinced that we have to get to the roots of our suffering in order to develop the most authentic selves - so we can create the future we are dreaming of.

He loves working with people, and is guided by the vision of helping leaders be fully alive. His enthusiasm can make a fire out of a single spark, and he is known to be able to get anyone excited about getting up from the bed in the morning.

Snorre is also one of the driving forces behind the Nordic burner movement, a community that brings unique experience from facilitating principle driven leadership structures in decentralized and distributed organizations.
